Until now, the tuning options for GPF/OPF cars at higher-power stages have been limited, unless the owner is ready to illegally delete their GPF.
So we've been working hard to developlegal solutions for GPF-equipped 2.0 TSI EA888.3 cars to combine great power gains but retain the all-important GPF; and our Garrett PowerMax GT2260S GPF package is the result. Producing 430bhp and 534Nm of torque, it's a transformation!
In most countries where cars are supplied with GPF, it is strictly illegal to remove or alter this emissions kit. In many countries, especially the UK, the government is cracking down hard on tuning companies who offer this work.
Our PowerMax GPF package is the solution: very fast, very cost-effective, yet staying fully road-legal!
For the VAG OPF/GPF 2.0 TSI 2019+ engines, our PowerMax tuning solution is a 430hp, cost-effective and fully legal upgrade package. It retains factory GPF for all 2.0 TSI IS38 (EA888.3) cars including VW Golf mk7.5 R, Audi S3 8V, Audi TTS, Leon Cupra and many others - from 2019 onwards.
We've chosen the Garrett PowerMax GT2260S turbocharger for this GPF application. It's a direct bolt-in replacement for the original IS38 turbo, making for a simple turbo upgrade path, available all over the world.
When installed with our RacingLine R600 Intake Pack and RacingLine Intercooler, our carefully developed ECU calibration will offer over 430PS with zero changes to the GPF, retaining the factory downpipe.
The RacingLine ECU calibration and RacingLine hardware achieves the maximum power output from the factory fuel system, while staying well within the safe power limits of the stock engine internals.
Very importantly, it achieves this level of power gain without sacrificing reliability, drivability or crucially making any changes to your GPF or catalyst.

Hardware Requirements.
One of the best aspects of this RacingLine PowerMax Kit is that it needs little supporting hardware. The mandatory hardware is as follows:

So, no need for expensive Downpipe/high-flow catalyst, nor for HPFP to achieve these numbers. On a 'cost per horsepower' basis, our PowerMax GPF solution is really one of the best modifications you can make.
The Garrett PowerMax GT2260S turbocharger itself is sold all over the world, so you can source your own turbo locally, or all RacingLine dealers can supply. Garrett supply these at an attractive cost, on an outright (non-exchange) basis.
Non-GPF/OPF Cars.
For non-GPF/OPF Cars, we have also developed RacingLine Software Calibrations to support the popular Garrett PowerMax GT2260S turbo as an alternative to the RacingLine Stage 3 package, producing 450hp and 575Nm.
As well as the R600 Intake Pack and RacingLine Intercooler, this non-GPF upgrade also requires fitment of a High-Flow Sports Cat and an HPFP upgrade (as with the RacingLine Stage 3 Kit):
